DELIVERY
As I am an independent author, please allow up to two weeks for delivery as I will need to source a copy of your requested book as I do not hold stock.
Once the book is with me and signed, the order will be sent out within 24 hours by First Class Royal Mail.
Cost of shipping will depend on the following criteria:
- The number of books ordered
- The location they are being send to
We ship worldwide delivery times will vary, but we will strive to get the books to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS
You are within your rights to request a refund or cancel your order under certain circumstances.
If you place your order and realise you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately at robert@robertenright.co.uk
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as there is no damage to the book. If you would like to return the book, then please contact on the email address above to discuss your refund. If granted, we will refund you the cost of the book and the postage.
We do not accept returns of books with a personalised message.
We have the right to cancel your order if we feel it necessary, and you will be given a full refund.
Lastly, we hope you do not need to request a refund. :)
